Home Alone

I found out today that I'm going to be spending the night alone. Jen and Frank are driving down to Maryland to meet her parents and nephew for the day. They are going to stay overnight and come back on Sunday. They promised me that someone is coming over to visit with me, but I am not happy about this. I tried giving them the laser eyes to burn the idea out of their heads. It didn't work. My powers must not be strong enough...if only I had already completed my mancat training...

    Poor Tuck! How 'bout if we teleport over? Wally's got got good laser eyes and will help you burn that idea out of their head...and if that still don't work...we'll stay and keep you company!

    Go around the house and Tip Things Over. . . especially pictures of the Parents and the Nephew. This will let them know that you are Much More Important than these other People, and they will not go away Overnight any more.

    Ha ha - the idea of the house trashing party is funny! We just sleep when the humans are gone, but we let them know that we didn't like being alone when they come home. Make sure you tell them loud and clear, Tuck!

    HOME ALONE! Maybe you'll get a brother or sister to keep you company when your beans go away someday. We have had Septic trouble for a week now and we are still waiting for the plumber to dig around our tank!     Well, I hope whoever is coming over will visit with you for awhile and knows how you like your food prepared.

    I don't like it when the comforting routine is changed in any way. I don't know why the humans insist on changing the routine, even temporarily.

    Not cool! Unfortunately sometimes the beans are to selfish to be affected by the laser eyes. I'm sorry it didn't work. Will your cat sitter be someone you can guilt into giving you extra treats? I hope so cause that would help make you feel better.
