My Visitors are Gone

I've had visitors the last few days. Jen's parents and nephew came up to visit. I spent the first day they were here hiding under the bed. After that, I realized that they weren't so bad. The adult humans would pet me, but the little human was different; I was scared of him. He wanted to play with me and hold me, but there was just something different about him. He was small and was always running and jumping. It made me a little nervous. I did let him get a picture with me his last night here though. Then he chased me when I jumped down. I slept all day yesterday after they left. I was just exhausted...

See, I let him hold me long enough for a picture, but that was it.

After I jumped down, he followed me. I did like him even though he made me nervous. He spent a lot of time letting me chase my laser mouse!

  1. Yes, Tuck, sometimes though small beans are regular jumping beans -- they just wear you out. However, as you saw, they will play with you tirelessly!

  2. We're not too fond of little beans either, Tuck...they just make too much noise and run and stuff...

  3. We are not crazy about little beans either, Tuck - they make us nervous too. We like them a lot more when they get a little older!

  5. It is always furry upsetting when the little 'beans chase us kitties. For some reason they don't understand that if they would sit quietly we would come to visit with them more.

  7. I'm not a big fan of any new humans. I'd particularly be suspicious of little humans

  10. I like to jump on people when they visit. Or I like to jump on the dining room table and all the cabinets. I don't like it when the doorbell rings though.

  11. Yes, little beans can sometimes be a bit scary. It's good to see you again, Mr. Tuck, after our 4-month break in blogging to take care of our sick mom!

  12. Tuck, the little beans can be scary, I tend to always stay away from them, Sabrina occasionally will go to them, but Simon isn't scared at all, he will be friendly with them. Different strokes for different folks, whoops, I mean kitties! Hee hee!

  18. There is a little bean who lives upstairs from me and he always wants to pet me. But I am not too sure about little beans. I prefer big beans because they are quieter and pet gently. (this little bean is only just a year old, so he doesn't know gentle.)

  21. We don't much like any beans besides our Mommy, but we've especially hear horror stories about little beans. We're glad to hear you survived the visit.

  22. You said it, Tuck! We don't care so much for our human visitors either, unless it's just Momma and Daddy!

  23. You did much better than I would have Tuck! I do not like anyone new to come into my home. Mom and my Daddy wish I would be more friendly to their guests but I just remind them they are their guests not mine.

  24. Glad you survived the visit, Tuck! Yes, those smaller humans can be fast and very energetic. Our kitties Moosey and Sammy are afraid of them, too.
