Sometimes, a mancat has to make his own happiness. For example, I love watching the birds outside of the kitchen window. However, there are times that I just want to stretch out.
So, I discovered that by breaking off pieces of the blinds, I can lay on top of the microwave and still see out the window.
See my peephole? It was a genius idea!
Now, I stretch out and can still see everything.
I certainly have made myself happy...not so sure that Jen and Frank are pleased with the broken blinds though!
Good going, Tuck! We did that too when we used to have mini-blinds! (You notice we say "used to have"!) When we moved out of our old house, the humans had to replace every single set :). They are also a lot of fun to make noise with in the middle of the night.
ReplyDeleteWe'd get in sooo much trouble if we did that! Good thing you are adorable!
ReplyDeleteWe know our mom is not happy about broken blinds! Hope you have better luck with that!
ReplyDeleteBrilliant, Tuck! I did not need to do that because Mom had already been trained by Gandalf and Grayson to always leave the bottom blind pulled up so they could see Outside!
ReplyDeleteI think that is a very good idea. I wish we had blinds like that. It would make my life so much easier.
ReplyDeleteIt was meant to be ...
ReplyDeleteGood job, Tuck! We have many blinds that are broken like that. The Mommy has learned to just leave others pulled up part way so we don't hafta break 'em. :)
ReplyDeletePurrs and hugs,
The Kitty Krew
Hmmmmm, now there's an idea
ReplyDeleteI think that was very smart of you to make those blinds work for you.
ReplyDeleteYou're a clever little stinker Tuck ;)
ReplyDeleteTuck, you are so kyoot! And you look so much like our Rambler!
ReplyDeleteOh! You're so cute! And very funny too =)
ReplyDeleteThank you for coming to my birthday party ^^
Jas & Gi
Well, Tuck, now that you've broken the blind, what are they gonna do? They might as well keep it like that -- and they'll get over it quickly enough. A cat's gotta do, what a cat's gotta do!
ReplyDeleteOMC! I luvs to chews on da blinds and da nom nom strings on da blinds but momma & daddy don't likes it one bit!
ReplyDeleteDey gots to understands dat you wanted to sees out! Its funs to watches everyfing birdies and such.
Purrrrrrrrrrrrrs
You're a genius! Don't worry about Frank and Jen, they'll bend to your whim.
ReplyDeleteWell, they can look out more easily too... you're a maverick.
ReplyDeleteOh, you little stinker! But a very smart stinker (and oh so cute!)
ReplyDeleteOh Tuck, I did the same thing too, at our old place. I think my human servants just sighed. They've since learned that they should pull up the blinds if they want to save them!
ReplyDeleteYou are smart, Tuck. I hope that Frank and Jen realize that. Maybe they will leave the blind up a little for you from now on.
ReplyDeleteMy human pet would be so upset if I broke the blinds. As it is now, she hates having to bend them back into place. I am glad, though, that you have been ingenious enough to find a way to stare out into the open world, Tuck!
ReplyDelete.....Maizie Grace isn't 'blind' anymore!!....
ReplyDeleteThat is a very clever idea, Tuck!
ReplyDeleteWe hope your humans are not upset with you.

Hi Tuck! It is good to meet you. We like your peephole. We do that sometimes too but now we usually just have to deal with curtains.
ReplyDeleteZeke, Sushi, Tiger Lily and Ruckus
That is very smart of you, Tuck! Good job!
ReplyDeletemy sister tilly did this in the apartment that they lived in before they got me and she got in big trouble so i am too scared to do it now. but then again she is not as cute as me.
ReplyDelete...uh oh...i've been there & done that before...now Mom has wooden blinds...
