Sunday Wash

No better time than the present for a bath. The humans have been holding me and petting me, so I can feel their filth on my fur.

First, I have to stretch the neck. Don't want to pull a muscle or anything...

Now, I start with the shoulder. It needs the full tongue squeegeeing.

Then, I move down the leg. It's important to go with the growth of the fur, never against.

Last, I wash down my paws so I can use them to clean my face and neck. My humans love to touch my face and rub my neck (and maybe I like it a little too.)

There we go, I'm all clean. I can now relax and enjoy my Sunday. Hope you all have a great one!

  4. Do your people ever wait until you have a nice bath, then touch you immediately afterward? I hate when they do that.

  7. Wow, Tuck - we're impressed. (We wish you could give Franklin lessons!) And Tasha says she completely agrees with you about the humans getting weird smells on her fur - she is always having to bathe because of that!

  8. Good job, Tuck. You look real clean now. I always wash my paws and face first. I can hardly reach all those other body places since I am so old and I don't move so well as I used to. Mom kind of helps and keeps me cleaned up.

We've been trying to do the same way but grrrr... why still at the end, we have to take a bath with shampoo?

  16. Very good work Tuck. It's ok for the people to touch our furs, they just have to understand the need to clean it too.
